Origin: Province of Benevento.
Grape variety: 100% Falanghina
Oenological technique: The grapes are harvested manually in the second and third ten days of September, are pressed and the must is fermented at a controlled temperature of about 14 °C with aging on the lees for about 20 days.
Visual examination: pale straw yellow colour.
Olfactory examination: intense, fruity aromas of apple, pineapple, yellow fruit and flowers.
Taste test: good sapidity on the palate, balanced and well structured.
Pairings: wine for the whole meal, accompanies first courses, cooked fish, salami and fresh cheeses.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Service temperature: 10°C
