Olfactory examination: recognizable by the aromas of fruit and flowers (violet).
Taste: dry, full-bodied, not tannic, very pleasant.
Pairings: it goes well with more decisive flavours, but it is also pleasant with more delicate flavours.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Serving temperature: 18 °C but does not disdain to be savored cooler.

About Terra dei Santi
Our wines have the flavor of the ancient tales of Sannio, full of myths and legends. You will find in your hands, together with a good glass of wine, the essences of an intact and welcoming land. Every sip is a walk through the vineyards and the countryside, between the narrow streets and open spaces of still authentic villages.
